To enable students to harness their creative potential to develop their Professional Personality so as to meet the challenges in Global Environment.To develop Suitable models of the Power System components in the field of Generation, Transmission ,Distribution and energy conservation.This will facilitate the students to “SEE & LEARN” making an indelible impression in their minds.
Achievements by Students

RAJIV AKSHAYA URJA DIWAS (RENEWABLE ENERGY DAY) AWARD was instituted to M. Vishwanath, a Final year student of EEE VJIT, by Ministry of Energy, Government of India, on 20/08/2008 for the best technical paper. The award carried Rs.10, 000/- with citation.

A good No. of Students presented Technical papers in various National Paper Contests and won prizes.
